How does the Infinite Voice Connector Speak?

The Infinite Voice Connector uses text to speech technology (TTS) to convert the text of your email messages into speech. First, the Infinite Voice connector reads a group of words in your email message. Then it converts the words to computer-generated speech. Because the voice is computer generated, it may sound a bit odd at first like American English spoken with an accent. And, like most accents, the more you listen to it, the easier it is to understand. The Infinite Voice Connector uses English rules of pronunciation to read messages. Sometimes it pronounces words according to their entries in a pronunciation dictionary. Other times the Infinite Voice Connector examines a words format and context to determine the appropriate pronunciation.

Making Mobility Convenient…

Many other mobile messaging applications force you to distinguish between messages accessed in data mode (e.g. email) and messages accessed in call mode (e.g. voice mail). The Infinite Voice Connector automatically recognizes the difference between voice mail and email messages in your Inbox and provides you with the option to playback the voice messages over the mobile device with a single click. Never again will you need to manually switch to call mode, enter the phone number of your voice mail system, place a call and then sift through your voice mail box for the desired message. The Infinite Voice Connector automatically dials the correct retrieval number, and immediately plays the exact message you specify. Speak Your Mind!

The Infinite Voice Connector also allows you to record voice replies to any email message in your Inbox. Why bother with typing your response on the mobile device’s keypad? Speak it, and send it to any recipient in the world. Your message will be sent as an email with a .WAV attachment, playable by any standard media player.

RealSpeak™ is an optional add-on feature to the Infinite Voice Connector. RealSpeak™ Text To Speech Engine allows users to "hear" their email messages in a natural-sounding voice. With RealSpeak™, users have the flexibility to switch between viewing their messages in text on the device and listening to these messages while on the move.
